Deposits in Pipes

What-to-Do-About-Low-Water-Pressure

What to Do About Low Water Pressure?

● Check whether low water pressure is in more than one faucet.
● Check your shut-off valves.

If your low water pressure issue is located in a single faucet, do as follows:

1. Remove and inspect the aerator to see if there’s any buildup.
2. Clean the aerator. You could soak it in a water and vinegar solution or buy a replacement.
3. Before you replace the aerator onto the faucet, check whether the pressure is better without the aerator, as that would isolate the issue.

When you have low water pressure issues, it is important to first diagnose the issue. You could do that on your own, but if major repairs are required, such as to leaks or to blast away deposits in your pipes, you will need to hire a professional plumber. Anta Plumbers are experts at locating leaks and restoring low water pressure issues.
